1. PRE-DISPATCH VERIFICATION (MANDATORY)
Due to the high unit value of our timepieces, we must establish direct contact with you before dispatch.

2. CALIBRATION & QUALITY CONTROL (48-72 HOURS)
Every DALKOMM watch undergoes a final 48 to 72-hour rigorous quality inspection and mechanical calibration immediately before being sealed for transit. This ensures that the movement and complications meet our archival standards of precision before leaving our facility.
3. COMPLIMENTARY GLOBAL SHIPPING
We provide Free Express Shipping to almost every destination worldwide.

5. TRANSIT DISCREPANCIES & INSURANCE CLAIMS
All DALKOMM shipments are fully insured during transit. However, in the rare event of a shipping problem:

Damage Protocol: If the package arrives damaged, you must contact us at dalkommwatch@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery.

Evidence Preservation: Please retain all original shipping boxes and protective packaging, as these must be inspected by our insurance underwriters to finalize a claim.
