Refund policy

At DALKOMM, we stand by the precision and craftsmanship of our timepieces. To ensure a fair and transparent experience for our global collectors, we maintain the following policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. 7-DAY RETURN WINDOW

We maintain a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a return or refund.

2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To be eligible for a return, your timepiece must be in the exact condition that you received it:

  • Unworn and unused, with no scratches, marks, or alterations to the strap/bracelet.

  • All original tags, protective films, and stickers must be intact.

  • In its original DALKOMM packaging (including the box, warranty card, and any accessories).

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note on Shipping Safety: Should the watch sustain any damage during the return transit due to inadequate protective packaging, the buyer shall bear all associated losses and diminished value.


3. REFUND BEFORE SHIPMENT

If you have completed your payment and request a refund before the product has been handed over to the courier for shipment, a 5% transaction handling fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee covers non-refundable payment processing costs incurred by our system.


4. RETURN & REFUND SCENARIOS

CASE 1: Returns After Receipt (Non-Quality Issues)

If you request a return and refund for reasons not related to manufacturing defects (e.g., change of mind, personal preference):

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 40% will apply. This fee covers international import taxes into China, customs duties, and labor costs associated with inspection and re-inventory.

  • Note: The exact fee varies by country/region. Please contact our support team to confirm the specific rate for your location.

  • Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping to our facility in China must be borne entirely by the buyer.

CASE 2: Refund Requested While Package Is In-Transit

If your payment is complete and our team has confirmed that the watch has been dispatched or is currently in transit:

  1. Receipt Required: You must first receive the package. We cannot intercept or recall packages once they are in international transit.

  2. Return Process: After receiving the package, contact our after-sales team to obtain the authorized return address in China.

  3. Costs & Fees: You must ship the watch back to China at your own expense. If the return is for non-quality reasons, the up to 40% restocking fee (as detailed in Case 1) will apply.


5. HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return or refund request, please contact our Archive Support Team through the following channels:

Important: Watches sent back to us without a prior authorized return request will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
